Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Intern:

  • Industry and Functional Consulting Intern:

  • Advise clients on optimizing their business and talent to navigate dynamic environments.
  • Conduct benchmarks, interviews, and workshops to identify value opportunities.

  • Define transformation paths and help clients adapt to future business states.

  • Data & AI Intern:

  • Develop solutions centered on Data, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning.
  • Design methods for efficient data retrieval, management, and visualization.
  • Analyze and deliver next-generation digital architecture to address evolving needs.

Required Skills:
  • Master’s degree student with one year remaining after the internship.
  • Strong academic performance and proven analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to start your career in consulting.
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in Data & AI, business consulting, or strategy development.
  • Comfortable handling and analyzing data, with familiarity in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills.
